About Us

Designer
Hello, my name is Alan, currently 35 years old, born and raised in the East Zone of São Paulo, Brazil.
Since I was a child, I’ve always had a deep love for the art of drawing, but around here, art is often seen as a hobby rather than a profession. I kept creating a lot during my teenage years, but at 19, a full-time job made me put my hobby of illustrating aside for quite a while. At 28, I was able to get a scholarship and started my degree in Graphic Design (I went back to illustrating out of necessity and fell in love with it again), eventually becoming an art teacher at an association and starting in the "prophetic art" ministry at the church where I worship.
I graduated in Design at 30 years old, and thanks to God, I received another scholarship to pursue my first postgraduate course, which was in Visual Arts. After some ups and downs, working in various places, through an unexpected connection, I was offered the opportunity to join the THE VERB team. For me, it has been a great honor to be able to do what I love, illustrating the Holy Scriptures and printing them on t-shirts that are now being worn in another country!
Be a light to this world!
Sustainable produts
Sustainability is a core value in everything we do. That’s why we choose to use eco-friendly cotton in our clothing. Eco-friendly cotton is grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, reducing environmental impact and promoting the health of farmers and the land. Additionally, responsible farming techniques help conserve biodiversity and water, essential resources for our planet.
Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond the materials we select. We operate exclusively as an e-commerce business, which allows us to optimize processes and reduce waste. Smart logistics and minimal packaging ensure that our products reach you efficiently, with lower carbon emissions.
We believe that fashion and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand. By choosing our eco-friendly cotton garments, you’re not only purchasing high-quality products but also contributing to environmental preservation and a more sustainable future.
Print technology
About DTF Technology at The Verb
At The Verb, we are always seeking innovations that ensure the highest quality for our streetwear. That’s why we use DTF (Direct to Film) printing technology for our designs.
DTF is an advanced printing technique that allows us to create vibrant, long-lasting prints. Unlike traditional methods, DTF transfers ink directly onto a special film, which is then applied to the fabric through a heat process. The result is a print with intense colors and excellent durability, resistant to wear and frequent washing.
This technology not only provides high definition in design details but also maintains the flexibility and comfort of the fabric. This means our clothing is not only stylish but also practical and durable for everyday use.
Choosing The Verb means opting for quality and innovation in every piece. Experience the difference with DTF printing and feel the quality.
Our story
My wife, Ewelyn, and I, Fernando, created The Verb driven by a clear vision and a profound purpose. As we observed the streetwear market in Europe, we noticed a significant gap: the absence of an authentic Christian identity. We felt a calling to fill this void by merging our passion for faith in Christ with urban fashion culture.
For us, The Verb is more than just a brand; it is an expression of our faith and a means to contribute to a spiritual revival in Europe. Our desire is to offer everyday clothing that not only follows trends but also reflects our commitment to Christ. We believe that each piece we create can serve as a practical tool to manifest faith and inspire others to live according to their values.
Our journey from Brazil to Europe was not solely in search of greater stability but also with the purpose of making a significant difference. Through The Verb, we hope not only to clothe people but also to connect them with a strong and visible Christian identity.
In this way, we aim to contribute to a movement that revitalizes and strengthens Christian faith in contemporary culture, creating a lasting and meaningful impact.
